Jim Schaefer
Managing Director
Jim Schaefer is our approachable and experienced director.
He has honed his skills over an extensive sales and marketing career in a variety of corporate, medium and small business environments, always with a mature and pragmatic approach. Jim understands you have targets to reach and budgets to meet and enjoys the challenge of developing strategies, often with limited financial resources, to achieve real results.
Jim’s years of experience with Campbell’s Soup, L’Oreal and Chiquita allows him to see the potential in your company and he is always on hand to offer sound and reasonable advice.
His tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics (Macquarie University) and a postgraduate qualification in Marketing (Monash University).
Emma Lescesen
Account Service
Emma is a graduate from Monash University (major in Public Relations) with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
With high level critical thinking and research skills and experience producing a range of public relations and marketing collateral for diverse audiences, Emma is the ideal support person for your next public relations campaign.
Emma has experience in writing and pitching media releases, liaising with media, monitoring media, maintaining media archives and databases, editing, preparing reports, producing marketing collateral, implementing direct marketing campaigns, attending conference displays, writing grant applications and general PR administration.
Belinda Rose Bervoets
HR Consultant
Belinda Rose has extensive experience in sales and marketing as a small business owner herself, and qualifications in business management. Belinda has worked in the corporate and private sector in career counselling and business mentoring with special focus to customer and staff relations.
Belinda is very experienced in building and improving procedures associated with development and growth that go hand in hand with marketing and is highly conversant with audits and resultant process improvements.

With tertiary design qualifications and extensive experience in web design across many categories, Owen drives the design and web services for The Schaefer Group. Owen has supported many clients including Kraft Foods, Hewlett Packard, Whirlpool, Maytag and a wide variety of SME's.
Liz Small
Events & eMarketing
Liz Small has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing management and is a highly qualified event manager. Also a trained visual merchandiser, Liz has a wealth of experience gleaned from the information technology, retail, manufacturing and communication industries. In addition to events, Liz specialises in eMarketing and assists our clients with online, email and SMS campaigns as well as social media strategies and implementation.
Jo-Ann Robertson
Promotion Co-ordinator/Data Entry
Jo-Ann has extensive experience as a data entry operator in positions with the Australian Taxation Office, Centrelink's Records Management Unit (RMU) and as a Video Coding Operator for Australia Post.
Having completed a Certificate II in Business training course through the Technology Institute of Victoria, Jo assists in the co-ordination and data entry processing of many promotions managed by The Schaefer Group on behalf of our clients.

With an honours degree in Communication Design from Swinburne University and experience in graphic and web design across many industries and clients, Sarah adds much to the design and web services for The Schaefer Group. Sarah is also responsible for the sales and marketing of the commercial print division of The Schaefer Group.

Laura Brown is a graduate form Monash University (major in communications) with excellent customer service and communications skills.
Displaying initiative, integrity and passion, Laura provides professional support to a range of clients and is the friendly voice on the phone when you call The Schaefer Group offices.
Laura has over seven years in customer service, with over two years at management level in areas such as public relations, health services, hospitality and retail.
